Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Dogson currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page. Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses.

Shipping cost: Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Halloween orders: To receive Halloween items by October 31, we recommend ordering by October 22.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email us at hello@shopdogson.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
